Top up & Withdraw

How to Top Up?

Step 1: Log in to EMPIRE88, click on "Me" > "Wallet" > "Top Up".

Step 2: Choose a bank that is convenient for you to deposit or transfer funds to.

(Note: If you select this bank, the bank account will be linked to your account and cannot be changed immediately.)

Step 3: Tick to agree, then click "Next".

Step 4: Fill in the recharge amount and click "Submit".

Step 5: Click the (+) sign to upload a cash deposit or transfer document, then click "Submit" again.

Wait for the system to verify. If you follow the steps accurately, the recharge will be completed within 5 minutes.

Note: EMPIRE88 will occasionally change bank account names and numbers. Please ensure that the bank details for deposit or transfer match the current account.

How to Withdraw?

Step 1: Log in to EMPIRE88, click on "Me" > "Wallet" > "Withdraw".

Step 2: Fill in the withdrawal amount and click “Submit”.

(Note: Please double-check that your bank account information is accurate. The company will not be liable for any losses.)

Wait for the system to verify the withdrawal amount and details, completing the withdrawal within about 10-20 minutes.
